Not necessarily. Many customers leave a key or provide a code. I'll send photos when I arrive and when I'm done so you always know what happened.

I bring all tools. For materials (paint, fixtures, hardware), I can either use what you have, pick things up (I'll ask first), or you can have them ready. Sometimes there are materials that are overlooked, so i may need to purchase additional materials.

I'm fully insured. If anything goes wrong on my watch, I handle it — completely and without argument. Just ask us if you have any questions and we will help you.

I often have same-day and next-day availability. Weekends book fastest — a few days ahead is ideal if you have flexibility. Rescheduling happens and there is no fee, just let us know as soon as possible

Yes — a two-hour minimum at $85. Most jobs take between one and three hours.
